How do I obtain a Certificate/Letter (if SI not yet submitted?
Need a certificate or letter before submitting your shipping instructions? No problem—you can request it online in just a few clicks.
From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
Under the Summary tab in the Tasks to Complete section, click Submit Shipment Instructions.
On the Document tab, go to Request Certificates.
Select the required certificate or letter and click Save
