如果您希望您的供应商在货物准备好运输时尽快进行订舱,您可以轻松地授权您的供应商代表您进行订舱。一旦您完成授权,他们将自动收到通知,告知您已授权他们此权限,并且他们将被要求在马士基注册,之后便可以开始代表您进行订舱。
当您的供应商代表您进行订舱时,货运的价格基于我们的即时费率(就像您自己进行预订时一样)。然而,您的供应商将无法看到他们为您进行的订舱的价格。
一旦订舱完成,您将自动收到一封包含所有订舱细节和运输总成本的电子邮件。您还将能够给予最终批准或拒绝预订,然后我们才会发布订舱确认。
