How can I amend my choice of vessel?
Plans can change, and when they do, updating your vessel details should be simple. You can amend your booking online in just a few steps:
- From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
- In the top toolbar under the shipment number, click Amend.
- The booking details page will open with your original information pre-filled.
- Navigate to the select sailing page and choose the new vessel.
- Continue through the recommended services and additional details tabs.
- On the review booking page, confirm your vessel amendment request.
- Once confirmed, we will issue a revised booking confirmation with the updated details.
