But what is the meaning of “Integrated Logistics”? You can have one logistics supplier, who will take responsibility for the transport of your cargo right until it reaches its final destination. Should anything unforeseen happen along its route your logistics supplier should make sure that the impact to the transportation of your goods is minimised. Over time you should be able to develop a partnership with your logistics provider, who then can start to proactively suggest to you solutions, based on your needs.
