What could be the reasons for my booking confirmation not being released?
Once your booking has been placed, the booking confirmation should be released shortly, and the status will change from “Booking initiated” to “Carrier booking confirmed”.
If the booking confirmation takes more than two days to be released, it is most likely because:
- A new partner has been created but we do not have the required company details yet. A vetting process is taking place to ensure that the details we have received are validated and the new partner is properly set up to take part in the booking journey onwards.
- Your partner has not confirmed the booking yet.
