We understand how important it is to submit accurate VGM details. You can do this quickly and easily online.
- From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click ‘View Details’.
- Select the ‘Containers & VGM’ tab and click ‘Amend/Submit VGM’.
- Submit the VGM and confirm the method used, such as ‘Weight after Packing’ or ‘Cargo weight added to container weight’
- If you need to check the weight of your container, you can use our dedicated Tare lookup feature.
