Where can I find my Delivery order or Container release confirmation?
If you haven't received your delivery order, don't worry. You can download it directly from your shipment details.
- From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number and click View Details.
- Go to the Documents tab.
- Under Import related documents, click Download next to the delivery order.
