您可查看每个个案的详细信息,视需要更新信息,或在对个案的解决结果不满意的情况下重新创建个案。
- 点击首页右上角的账户

- 点击顶部菜单中的管理,然后选择个案管理。
- 如果看不到某个具体的个案,您可在个案概览中输入个案详细信息或通过类别筛选条件进行搜索。然后点击您希望查看的个案,并视需要更新个案详细信息。
