Julian Dragendorf

Julian Dragendorf is a McKinsey Partner based in Berlin. Julian has spent more than 10 years at the management consulting firm, focusing on clients in the parcel, postal, logistics, and e-commerce industries. He has worked with a particular emphasis on topics related to value capture strategy, e-commerce, and omnichannel strategy. Julian is one of the leaders of the Global Post & Parcel Service Line and is leading the global initiative of e-commerce enablement in logistics. He is also a co-founder of McKinsey's Strategic Network Analytics Center, which answers network questions by leveraging deep industry and advanced analytics expertise.

Graham L Slack

Graham L Slack is the Chief Economist and Head of Strategic Intelligence at A.P. Møller-Maersk. Graham is responsible for developing the company’s economic and trade outlooks and risk scenarios, drawing implications for its business activities, supporting enterprise risk management and treasury operations, and the Executive Board and Chairmanship of A.P. Møller-Maersk. Graham has held several key positions before joining the A.P. Møller-Maersk Group: Official of the Bank of England, Advisor to the European Central Bank, Senior Economist, and Resident Representative, of the International Monetary Fund in Washington D.C.

Michael Skobierski

Michael Skobierski has been working for the last 15 years in various Supply Chain and Logistics roles. Michael is currently based in Barcelona, working for Desigual, managing Logistics projects, APAC & Americas distribution as well as import transportation from Desigual’s vendors. This role gives him an end-to-end vision while keeping a strong focus on last-mile solutions & omnichannel fulfilment since the start of his career in Vienna. Living in Asia for 8 years and rolling out Desigual’s fulfilment strategy in various regions makes him an expert at understanding the different challenges when it comes to cross-border e-commerce as well as fine tuning logistics strategies depending on each market's requirements.

Naud Frese (moderator)

Naud Frese is Maersk's Head of E-Commerce Logistics in Europe, and has been with the company since 2017. First joining the company as Damco's Benelux Area CCO, Naud has extensive logistics and e-commerce experience, having spent over 17 years in several commercial leadership roles for TNT and the Dutch Post & Parcel Company PostNL.

Because of his strong customer solution focus and significant experience in supply chain management, last mile logistics, and e-commerce fulfilment, Naud is effective at establishing long-term customer relationships and co-creating innovative customer-driven value propositions.
